These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Dylan's Pet Food, Inc. ("Dylan's Pet Food," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our website, services, and products.

By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use our site or services.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

- You must be 18 years or older and reside in the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) to purchase a subscription or product from Dylan's Pet Food.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

2. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

- Dylan's Pet Food subscriptions are auto-renewing at the frequency you select at checkout.
- You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard at www.dylanspetfood.com.
- You are responsible for recurring charges unless you cancel before your next billing date.
- Subscription prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice via email.

3. ORDERS, PRICING, & PAYMENT

- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with notice.
- Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
- Orders are not considered final until payment is successfully processed.
- Shipping dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or shipping address issues.

4. CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS

- You may cancel or modify future deliveries by updating your account before your weekly cutoff date, which is shown in your account dashboard.
- Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled or modified but remain eligible for our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- All content, images, recipes, product names, logos, and brand assets on our website are the property of Dylan's Pet Food, Inc.
- You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

- Misuse our website or services.
- Attempt to access restricted areas of our servers or systems.
- Use our services to violate any law or regulation.
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior toward our team or other customers.
- Disrupt or interfere with the experience of other customers.

9. PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS

- Our food is formulated by veterinary nutritionists and meets AAFCO standards for the life stages indicated on each product.
- Dylan's Pet Food is not a veterinary practice and does not provide veterinary or medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- Always consult your veterinarian for medical concerns or before making significant changes to your dog's diet.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dylan's Pet Food shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Dylan's Pet Food.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or a prominent notice on our website.
